The transition of the NHB (Next Half Billion ) to a digital and tech-driven environment would hasten post-COVID, which affords opportunity for innovators in edtech, digital health ,digital content and essential retail trade. The MD draws a distinction between conventional e-commerce and “essential retail” a valid observation in our country with a large rural and lower Income segment.
